Shipping Policy:
Delivery Time: All small orders will be delivered within 48 hoursof placement excluding larger items ie. bonnets and alloys. Bonnets are delivered within 2-5 working days depending on courier availability and allow up to 72 hours for alloys. Subject to product availability and credit verification.
Shipping Cost: Our products are shipped free of cost.
Shipping Method: Orders will be shipped via DPD or Royal Mail depending on the item.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, and customers can track the status of their delivery through the courier's website.
Delivery Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
Return Policy:
Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, and will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it was damaged or defective.
