Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver all smaller in-stock products within 48 hours of order placement. If an item is on pre-order, this will be clearly stated at the top of the product description along with the expected dispatch date. Larger items are excluded from the 48-hour delivery aim. Bonnets are typically delivered within 2–5 working days depending on courier availability. If alloy wheels are in stock, they are dispatched the next working morning for 48-hour delivery. Deliveries to Northern Ireland may take longer and will depend on the delivery services available. Subject to product availability and credit verification.

Shipping Cost: Our products are shipped free of cost.

Shipping Method: Orders will be shipped via DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, UPS or private courier for larger items.

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, and customers can track the status of their delivery through the courier’s website.

Delivery Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

Return Policy: Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it was damaged or defective.
