High-Flow Aluminium Charge Pipe Upgrade – BMW B58 (F & G Series)
Upgrade your BMW’s intake system with a reinforced aluminium charge pipe designed to improve throttle reaction and deliver more consistent boost under load. This upgrade replaces the factory plastic pipe, which is well known for cracking or failing—especially on tuned B58 engines.
Manufactured from high-grade T6061 aluminium, the pipework is mandrel bent for smooth airflow and TIG welded for strength. All connection points are CNC-machined from billet aluminium to ensure precise fitment at the throttle body, intercooler, and vacuum ports, helping eliminate boost leaks and pressure loss. The durable wrinkle black powder coat provides long-term protection while maintaining an OEM-style appearance in the engine bay.
A pre-installed 1/8″ NPT port is included, allowing for additional sensors, boost reference, water-methanol injection, or pressure testing. To complete the upgrade, reinforced 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps are supplied, providing a secure seal even at higher boost levels.

Shipping Policy:
Delivery Time: All small orders will be delivered within 48 hoursof placement excluding larger items ie. bonnets and alloys. Bonnets are delivered within 2-5 working days depending on courier availability and allow up to 72 hours for alloys. Subject to product availability and credit verification.
Shipping Cost: Our products are shipped free of cost.
Shipping Method: Orders will be shipped via DPD or Royal Mail depending on the item.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, and customers can track the status of their delivery through the courier's website.
Delivery Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
Return Policy:
